As a Nutritional Therapy Consultant, Dana is devoted to helping others find balance and gain crazy energy through nutrient-rich foods, movement, slashing stress, and getting rid of the junk that slows us down. Dana lives in the ‘burbs of Boston where she spends her time teaching group exercise classes, training as a newbie Crossfitter, and dining on her husband’s amazing, nutritious culinary creations.

Joy hails from the suburbs of Philadelphia where she spends her time reading nutrition books, playing with her food and practicing yoga.
